WHAT IS IT?

Certified modular training is a type of training that allows the updating and improvement of theoretical and practical knowledge in different areas.
Training actions organized in Short-Term Training Units (UFCD of 25 or 50 hours) that can be combined to complete a broader training pathway, according to the needs of the trainee and/or the company, at **no cost** to either the worker or the employer.

OBJECTIVES?

To enhance the employability of the active population, namely employed and unemployed individuals, including those at risk of unemployment, by increasing their adaptability through the development of skills required by the labor market.

TARGET AUDIENCE?

Adults aged 18 or over;
Employed or unemployed individuals who wish to improve their skills in general or specific professional domains.

SELECTION CRITERIA?

Employed individuals with at least 9th grade completed for Level IV actions.
Employed individuals with at least 6th grade completed for Level II actions.
Unemployed individuals (non-long-term) with 12th grade completed.
