WHAT IS IT?

Certified modular training is a type of training that allows for the update and enhancement of theoretical and practical knowledge in different areas of expertise.
Training actions organized in Short Duration Training Units (UFCDs of 25 or 50 hours) that can be organized to complete an extended training pathway, according to the needs of the trainee and/or company, at no cost to either the worker or the company.

OBJECTIVES?

Enhance the employability of the active population, specifically employed and unemployed individuals, including those at risk of unemployment, by increasing their adaptability through the development of skills required by the job market.

TARGET AUDIENCE?

Adults aged 18 or older;
Employed or unemployed individuals who wish to improve their skills in general or specific areas of a profession.

SELECTION CRITERIA?

Employed individuals with at least the 9th grade completed for level IV actions.
Employed individuals with at least the 6th grade completed for level II actions.
Unemployed individuals, not DLD, with at least the 12th grade completed.
