CURRICULAR COURSE OF TECHNICIAN IN COMMUNICATION - MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS AND ADVERTISING

The Technician in Communication - Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising course aims to train qualified professionals to participate in the planning and development of the organization's marketing and communication strategies, both internally and externally. They advise on the planning, organization and definition of communication objectives in accordance with the pre-established marketing goals. These professionals cooperate in the management of communication and promotional processes with the organization's different audiences, applying public relations and advertising techniques. This training confers a Level 4 certification of the National Qualifications Framework (QNQ/QEQ) and equivalence to the 12th year of schooling.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS
✔ Participate in the design and development of the organization's marketing strategies and plans.
✔ Advise on the planning, organization and definition of communication objectives aligned with marketing goals.
✔ Conduct market research and analyze marketing variables to support strategic decisions.
✔ Collaborate in the design, implementation and evaluation of advertising campaigns, integrating creative or production teams.
✔ Develop public relations actions, including institutional image management, customer service and relationship with audiences.
✔ Plan and implement promotional events and internal/external communication actions.
✔ Create and edit graphic, audiovisual and digital content to support communication and advertising actions.
✔ Apply interpersonal communication techniques, customer service and digital and creative marketing tools.
